General
For insurance purposes Magical Faces can only paint children aged 2 years or over but there is no upper age limit! Those between the ages of 2 and 3 will be offered a hand or arm design instead of a full face painting for skin safety purposes.
All paints used by Magical Faces are water-based
and easily removed with mild soap, warm water and a soft flannel. The products are all non-toxic, hypoallergenic, have anti-bacterial properties and are fully compliant with EU and FDA toy and cosmetic regulations. If you are unsure about sensitivity please ask for a patch test as Magical Faces cannot be held liable for any allergic reaction to the paint. Should paint come in to contact with clothing you are advised to soak the item overnight in cold water to avoid temporary staining.
Equipment
To maintain a high level of hygiene a clean sponge will be used for every face, and brush water is changed regularly. All kit is thoroughly cleaned between events.
Photography
In the case of children, photographs will only be taken of the finished painting or tattoo upon written consent from a parent/guardian. The photograph may be used in future marketing material and on the Magical Faces website. All photos are subject to copyright laws and remain the property of Magical Faces. Electronic copies of the photos are available to the parent/guardian free of charge if requested at the time of painting.
